I thought I should write my feelings down here, because no matter how hard I try my verbal words can not come even close to describing the feelings I have because of you within my head.

I wanted to make it clear to the entire world that I have never felt this much joy, this much elation, to be myself. This is incredibly important, because I realized that this joy of wanting to be myself is directly related to the joy I feel being with you.

I truly enjoy our time spent together - whether it’s with our friends at the Ravens bar, or us sitting under the stars before a campfire, or walking around your giant farm. When I’m with you, I can really focus on just you or just us - and that is so, so hard for me. I don’t think you quite understand how hard it is for me to focus on anything for even a short amount of time. It’s so hard for me to get past the thoughts in my head sometimes - I feel I am focusing too hard on the environment around me instead of taking in the direct moment.

We have been friends now for the past four years, and dating for the past three months, but I wanted to let you know that I have never before felt so connected to another human being. I also wanted to let you know that I feel comfortable with you, enough to let my guards down. I am open and vulnerable, yet I am comfortable and do not worry. And it’s so hard to get the worried thoughts out of my head.

I knew you were going to be someone very special to me the first night you stayed over at my house and slept next to me, when every time you tossed and turned at night you made sure to kiss my cheek, my nose, or my head.
